WEMUUV™ Shoes 60-days Warranty
We stand behind the durability of our WEMUUV Shoes. We understand that the durability of any performance outsole varies based on playing conditions, intensity, and court surfaces. If the outsole on your Shoes wears through or becomes visibly degraded within 60 days of the purchase date, we will provide a one-time replacement.
Qualifying Conditions:
Your WEMUUV™ Pickleball or Tennis shoes must have a visible hole in the outsole, exposing the inner material. This wear must result solely from normal pickleball play.
The warranty covers outsole wear only and does not extend to the upper, midsole, or any other part of the shoe. Shoes that have been mishandled, intentionally damaged, or misused are not eligible.
Claims must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date. Only one replacement is allowed per pair purchased.
How to File a Claim:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team with your name and purchase details.
Required Documentation:
Photos showing the damaged outsole, highlighting the wear hole.
A picture of the tag on the back of the tongue.
Proof of purchase showing the purchase date and retailer.
Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement order.
Additional Details:
Warranty replacements are subject to inventory availability and are limited to the same model and size, or a comparable option if the original is unavailable. No alternative styles will be provided.
WEMUUV reserves the right to request the return of the worn shoes for further inspection.
A $20 fee will cover shipping and handling.
Limit one claim per purchase. All replacement shoes are final sale.
