Your order is on its way! We ship from Europe, so tracking typically
doesn't update until your package arrives in the United States (usually
5-7 days after shipping). Once it clears US customs and enters the
domestic carrier network, you'll see regular tracking updates.
This is normal—your shoes are in transit, even if tracking appears static.
Standard delivery is 8-9 business days from the date your order ships.
This includes international transit time from Europe and domestic delivery
within the US.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our
warehouse, and tracking will activate once it reaches the United States.
Because we ship from Europe, your tracking number is generated when we
create your shipping label, but won't show active movement until your
package clears US customs and enters the domestic carrier system.
This typically takes 5-7 days. Once it's in the US, you'll see daily
tracking updates until delivery.
Most orders arrive within the 8-9 business day window, but occasionally
customs processing or carrier delays can add 1-3 extra days.
If your tracking hasn't updated after 10 business days, or if you have
any concerns about your order, email us at info@wemuuv.com and we'll
investigate immediately.
Once your order ships from Europe, we cannot modify the delivery address.
However, if you need to make changes and your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at info@wemuuv.com and we'll do our best to help.
For orders already in transit, you may be able to request address changes directly through your carrier's tracking portal.
